Cookie consent
Analytics (Plausible, Clarity) are cookieless and run without your consent. Meta Pixel (marketing) is optional - it loads only if you click "Accept all".
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Under EU law (ePrivacy Directive + GDPR), non-essential cookies require your consent before being placed.
How we use cookies
Analytics - no cookie consent needed: We use Plausible Analytics (self-hosted, cookieless) and Microsoft Clarity (cookieless mode, consent=false). Neither tool sets cookies, but they don't work the same way: Plausible shows data in our dashboard in aggregated form (page path, referrer, country, browser type), though it also stores individual events - we have not checked how long individual records are kept. Clarity records the course of an individual session - clicks, scrolling, input events, and the page's DOM structure, tied to a session identifier. "Cookieless mode" means no cookies are set - it does not mean the data is aggregated or anonymous. See our Privacy Policy for recipients and legal bases.
Marketing - consent required: We use Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) to measure ad performance and enable remarketing. Meta Pixel sets _fbp and _fbc cookies and is loaded only after you click "Accept all" in the consent banner.
We use browser sessionStorage (not a cookie) to remember your language choice within a single browsing session. SessionStorage is not transmitted to our server and is erased when you close the tab.
Essential
Required for the website to function. This site currently sets no essential cookies - no login, no session, no preferences.
Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics (self-hosted, cookieless) and Microsoft Clarity (cookieless mode). Neither tool sets cookies or requires cookie consent - but Clarity does NOT track only aggregated data: it records clicks, scrolling, input events, and page DOM structure within an individual session. See the Privacy Policy for details.
